A Tourist Gem Within Easy Reach! This season, a ship will operate from Szczecin to Gartz (Oder) via Mescherin, allowing visitors to discover the picturesque landscapes of the Lower Oder Valley.
The cruise on the Szczecin–Mescherin–Gartz route is a unique journey through one of the most valuable natural areas along the Polish-German border. It offers an opportunity to admire the remarkable scenery of the Międzyodrze region, the vast wetlands, and the floodplains of the Lower Oder Valley from the perspective of the river.
During the voyage, passengers may observe cranes, white-tailed eagles, herons, and cormorants, as well as extraordinary aquatic vegetation and extensive reed beds that create this unique landscape.

Available on board:
- Passenger restroom
- Café area with drinks and snacks
- Bicycle storage area (bicycles can be transported on board)
- Passengers are advised to arrive at least 15 minutes before departure
- Boarding closes 5 minutes before departure; after that time, access to the vessel may no longer be possible.
For the first 30 minutes of the cruise, the upper deck will be temporarily unavailable due to low bridge clearances along the route.
Accessibility
- The vessel is adapted to accommodate passengers with limited mobility when boarding.
- Baby strollers and wheelchairs can be transported on board (prior contact is recommended for larger electric or specialized wheelchairs).
- The onboard restroom is not adapted for passengers with limited mobility.
Important Information:
As the cruise route crosses an international border, passengers must carry valid identity documents that authorize entry and stay in Germany, in addition to their ticket. Passengers combining the cruise with cycling tourism are required to cross the border only at officially designated border-crossing points.
The transport of pets is permitted under the supervision of their owner or caretaker, provided that the animal does not pose a threat or cause excessive inconvenience to other passengers, the crew, or the vessel. Passengers are obliged to comply with all applicable regulations regarding border crossings and tourist and cycling traffic in the Polish-German border region.
The cruises are an independent initiative carried out jointly with the shipowner of the Sedina and are not financed by European Union funds. Therefore, a different price list applies than for the Cross Oder weekend cruises, which are co-financed by European funds.
