Route 30 – a walk around the city center

On 28 February 2026, the Zachodniopomorskie Association of Tour Leaders and Guides invites you to the 13th International Tourist Guide Day in Szczecin. On the occasion of their holiday, city guides wish to share their passion for the city, present its character, and introduce the urban space we see every day but whose origins and history we often do not know. Sometimes we also wonder what is being built in a given place and what function it will serve.

This year, we offer a choice of 30 routes in 36 groups, led by our qualified guides. Routes that include entry to facilities will have a limited number of participants; therefore, for some of them we have prepared two groups entering at different times so that more people can take part.

The tours will begin at 11:00 a.m. at Plac Lotników and conclude with an organ concert at 2:30 p.m. in the Bazylika Archikatedralna św. Jakuba, followed by an exhibition entitled “Migawka” presenting the best press photographs by Szczecin photojournalists at 5:00 p.m. at the Muzeum Techniki i Komunikacji w Szczecinie.
